The picture is of Richard Davis, one of two brothers from Pilton, the other being David ( see on this site), who went away to sea with the Royal Navy in their teens. They came from Yeo Vale, their parents being Frank and Win Davis who moved to Priory Close about 1963. Richard still lives in the Pilton area.
