This photograph, from Harold Murch, was taken on Saunton Sands about 1959. Harold commented that “we always cycled there – far fewer cars etc. then, so a lot safer on the road.”
He identified the young men in the photograph as, left to right: Kenny (Budget) Ellis, John Brailey – son of Brailey’s Engineering Works at 12 Pilton Street.
