After the frantic Pilton Green Man Festival, this Concert on the Sunday evening featured beautiful music played by some very talented Young North Devon Musicians and six readings, both serious and light-hearted, about Man and his interaction with the animal world, by people from the Pilton Community.
The concert was sponsored by three local businesses – Charter Vets, Neonprint and Creature Comforts – whose generous contributions covered the costs of printing and other expenses. Many thanks are due to them for their support in difficult times.
The proceeds of £664 were shared by THE FRIENDS OF PILTON CHURCH for maintenance of St Mary’s Church, Pilton and Dartington (North Devon) Trust, Young Musicians’ Support.
